Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable. Our work involves time, planning, resources, and custom development that begin shortly after engagement.

Refunds are provided only in limited circumstances, as outlined below.

2. Custom Development and Services

For custom software development, web development, consulting, and related services:

Payments made for completed work are non-refundable

Payments for work already started are non-refundable

Deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable

Once a project has begun, refunds cannot be issued for time, effort, or resources already allocated.

3. Milestone-Based Projects

If a project is structured with milestones:

Payments released for completed milestones are non-refundable

Any refund consideration applies only to future, unstarted work

Refunds, if applicable, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

4. Subscription or Recurring Services

If we offer subscription-based or recurring services:

Charges for the current billing period are non-refundable

You may cancel future billing cycles according to the agreed terms

Access to services may continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project:

You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date

Any remaining unpaid balance becomes immediately due

No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider a partial refund if:

Work has not yet started

A written agreement explicitly allows for a refund

A clear error occurred on our part

Any such refund is at our sole discretion.

7. Third-Party Costs

Refunds do not apply to third-party expenses, including but not limited to:

Hosting services

Domain registrations

Software licenses

Payment processor fees

These costs are non-refundable.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

It will be processed using the original payment method when possible

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
