I had a fabulous experience with Hussain. Firstly, from the first contact, he was super responsive and we were able to book in a time within 24 hours. Tick.
In fact, he never pushed me to start an order or do anything. He literally told me he would create the order closer to time, to confirm if I was still available. Tick.
We started the Zoom call and immediately I felt I could trust him - super polite. Tick.
Then my earphones were affecting the recording so I had to waste 2-3 minutes running around finding another pair. There was more time wasting due to what I cannot even remember - the point being, he exceeded the time allotted 60 mins without even telling me. Tick.
He never asked for passwords or anything from me but guided me through the Zoom call where to click etc. Eventually I shared my screen and he was able to fix a huge issue on my home page (the opt-in) - the whole thing was not designed "efficiently" and once he fixed it, I could see how smoother it scrolled.
